As we already know, Sun exposure can cause so many skin problems, but who wouldn’t want to enjoy a lovely sunny day? In order to balance between happy outdoor lifestyles and the risk of skin damage, we need to learn how to protect ourselves properly and also learn more about red-flagged skin signs.

Community research is one of her main focuses, for example, effective interventions for non-communicable diseases. Studies aiming to improve good health for military personnel are her ongoing projects. She conducts the studies not only in deployed groups but also among pre-deployed and retired groups. Her goal of conducting research is to transfer research to practice.
Dosing matters: The science behind a prescription

Dr Palang's current research attempts to characterise the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of anti-infective drugs in vulnerable populations, e.g. young children and pregnant women. His research also aims to improve and optimise treatment and chemoprevention in these vulnerable populations, as well as to offer evidence to inform global malaria treatment policy.
